This guide will walk you through duplicating a Super template into your Notion workspace so you can customize it for your own use.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- A Notion account
- Access to a Notion workspace where you can duplicate pages
Step-by-Step: How to Duplicate a Template
- Go to Super Templates
- Open the template
- Click the Duplicate link
- Duplicate the template in Notion
- Wait for the copy to appear in your workspace
- Customize your content
- Publish your Notion page
- Click Private in the upper-left corner of the page
- Select Publish to make the page public
- Copy your Notion URL
- Create a site in Super
- Go to Super
- Click Create a Site
- Name your site
- Paste your Notion URL to connect your content
Browse the available templates and choose one that fits your needs.
Click on your selected template to view its details.
You will be redirected to the template’s page in Notion.
Click the Duplicate button (or Start with this template) at the top of the page.
The duplicated page will be added to your private Notion workspace.
Edit text, images, pages, and sections to match your needs.
After publishing, copy the public Notion link.
Tips & Notes
- Make sure your Notion page is published, or Super won’t be able to display it.
- You can duplicate the same template multiple times if you want to test different versions.
- If the Duplicate button doesn’t appear, make sure you’re logged into the correct Notion account.
Paid Templates: Additional Instructions
If the template is paid, you will receive an email with instructions on how to duplicate the theme.
- The instructions are usually sent as a PDF file
- Follow the steps in the PDF to properly duplicate and set up the template
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder
