Learn how to get your domain’s authorization (EPP) code and transfer it to a new provider or to Vercel, including timelines and step-by-step guidance.
At the moment, there isn’t a self-service option in your dashboard to generate an EPP (authorization) code for domain transfer. However, we can absolutely provide this code for you, just reach out to our Support Team, and they’ll assist you with the request.
Please also note that once the transfer process is initiated, it typically takes up to 7 days to complete. This timeline is part of the standard domain transfer process, and neither the current provider nor the receiving provider can expedite or intervene once it’s underway.
Planning to Transfer your Domain to Vercel?
If you plan to transfer your domain to Vercel, please be aware that the process differs slightly because Super sites are hosted on Vercel. You will need to follow Vercel’s domain transfer steps carefully, as outlined here: Transferring a Domain to Vercel.
We recommend reviewing these steps beforehand to ensure a smooth transfer. If you need guidance during any part of the process, our Support Team is happy to assist.
