Using Sync Blocks to Display Content Across Multiple Pages

Using Sync Blocks to Display Content Across Multiple Pages

Learn how to make a callout or element appear on all pages using sync blocks, ensuring consistent design and easy updates across your site.

How to Display a Callout or Element Across All Pages in Notion

If you want a callout or any specific element to appear consistently across multiple Super pages, the best approach is to use a Notion sync block. Sync blocks allow you to create a single block that can be reused on multiple pages. Any changes made to the content inside the sync block, whether it’s text, formatting, or styling, will automatically update on every page where the block is used.

How to Use a Sync Block in Notion

  1. Open your Notion page and type /sync to insert a Sync Block.

  2. Click the six-dot handle beside the Sync Block, then copy it (Ctrl + C or Cmd + C).
